Saladmaster Vice President of Sales for the North American Division, Garry Robinson, was a featured guest on the March 13th edition of the PlayMakers Talk Show on Dallas/Fort Worth’s 770 KAAM.

Mr. Robinson was interviewed by talk show host Steve A. Klein. PlayMakers radio show offers inspirational business building advice and marketing tips for entrepreneurs and CEOs.

During the interview, Mr. Robinson provided details about the most impressive advantage behind Saladmaster products, along with examples for how the Saladmaster opportunity changes lives around the world from a health and financial standpoint.

What makes Saladmaster cookware different from cookware in stores?

The first thing our engineers look for is quality of steel. The inside of the pan that comes in contact with food -- that is made from 316Ti stainless steel. We want to be sure we get the best possible quality cookware that money can buy into the hands of new customers.

Quality is the one word that best describes the most outstanding aspect of this product. Saladmaster cookware is manufactured by Regal Ware Worldwide™ in West Bend, Wisconsin.

The most impressive advantage is that 316Ti stainless steel gives us the ability to cook differently compared to other cookware. For instance, we can fry chicken without any oil.

If you simply describe how Saladmaster cookware works, most people cannot fully appreciate its value, but once they see a dinner demonstration, they can see and experience the benefits of owning the cookware.

When we're in a person's home doing a dinner demonstration and showing them how to fry chicken without oil, it amazes everybody. Saladmaster cookware is designed to help people eat healthier, and if you're eating healthier, then possibly it's going to make you live longer.

What happens during a Saladmaster dinner demonstration, and what do potential customers learn?

When we go into someone's home, we bring all the food and we cook them a beautiful meal at no charge.

The Saladmaster dinner offers a five course meal prepared from fresh ingredients. The standard menu consists of oil-free fried chicken, vegetable medley, mashed potatoes, healthy cake and a gourmet salad. Vegan and vegetarian menu options that feature items such as a 30 minute lasagna, are also available upon request.

This kind of five course meal takes a typical person 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to prepare. We come and show people how to prepare food that is ready to serve in 40 minutes or less. That's a big reason why people invest in Saladmaster cookware.

Hosting a Saladmaster dinner demonstration gives consumers the opportunity to see and taste appetizing food that cooks efficiently on low temperatures for optimal energy, food and health savings. No oven is required.

Your food will taste delicious because we're not taking away the minerals or destroying the nutrients in our food during the cooking process. If we can preserve 93% nutrition in your food, that's going to give you more energy and you're not going to step away from the table feeling stuffed.

Direct Sales Career and Changing Lives with Saladmaster

My grandfather, my father and myself all started in direct sales. In June it'll be 52 years in the direct sales business. Now my son and daughter are the fourth generation and both are doing quite well in Saladmaster.

Everybody at Saladmaster feels extremely passionate about changing lives in 2 ways:

  1. Giving others a healthier way to cook their food
  2. Providing an opportunity for people to come in and change their lives financially

We've had ordinary people who have done extraordinary things and become very successful millionaires. But this is also a place for a housewife to get ahead. And we have several dealers who are husband and wife teams working together.

What kind of support and assistance does Saladmaster provide?

Saladmaster dealers offer free cooking schools for customers and for people who have seen the product and would really like to own it. Opportunity seekers are also welcome to attend to learn more about available part-time or full-time opportunities. Cooking school attendees can learn how to cook different dishes so they can get more variety in their meals.

For those who join the Saladmaster business, there is an excellent training program. This includes a basic training class that teaches brand new people how to cook meals properly, as well as learn how to advance in the business.

You can never get enough education. It's not just about cookware; it's about self-improvement through attending seminars, reading books and doing everything possible to become a better person. We never finish training.

When people come work with the company, they are not alone in their journey to success. We work shoulder to shoulder with you to help you get what you want out of life.

This year, Saladmaster has added 10 new dealers who originally came to the website to learn more about the company, and then subsequently joined. By becoming a part of Saladmaster, you are actually learning to become a better person. You have the chance to help others while growing yourself and making more money.

I really do believe, in all my years, most of the people I've work with, they all have dreams and aspirations of reaching something. Without those dreams and aspirations, I don't think you can ever really live a fulfilling life.
