ripe avocados

garlic cloves, minced

cilantro, chopped

lime or lemon, juiced
sea salt, to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mash the avocados.
- Add cilantro, chilies, tomatoes, lime or lemon juice and salt.
- Fluff with a fork or pastry cutter to desired consistency.
