Directions:
- In medium bowl, place all ingredients through black pepper. Blend thoroughly.
- Fold in chives, if using.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend and dip to thicken. Can be made the night before.
Tips:
- Serve with vegetable chips, baked crackers or apple wedges.
- Delicious side dip for roast beef.
