Recipe Description: 

A quick and easy lentil soup that will soon become one of your favorite lentil recipes!

Directions: 
  1. In roaster, wash and drain the lentils.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, cover and place over medium heat. When the Vapo-Valve™ clicks, turn heat to low and cook for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.

This is the first recipe I made with my new SaladMaster. I sprouted the lentils first (soak overnight, rinse and then cook that night). I used 2 cups vegetable broth and 1 1/2 cups water. This came out pretty thick, kind of like a stew but it tasted great. I served over brown rice (for me) and white rice for my wife.
