sliced snow peas
red wine vinegar
chopped fresh oregano, or 1 teaspoon dried
salt & pepper to taste
- In roaster, cook pasta according to instructions on package; approximately 10 - 15 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Whisk dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Combine, pasta with dressing and snow peas.
- Chill for a few hours and serve!
