CivilianJobs.com, where America's military connects with civilian careers, recognizes Saladmaster Authorized Dealer, Travis "TC" McNeil, Army, SFC, as part of the 2015 Top 40 Under 40 Military Class.

"This year's Top 40 Under 40 Military class truly exemplifies what it means to be a high performing former or current U.S. service member," says Jake Hutchings, General Manager of CivilianJobs.com. "From their achievements in uniform to their charitable accomplishments and personal successes in the civilian world, the 40 members of this class genuinely shine."

These high-achieving military-experienced individuals were selected by CivilianJobs.com's worldwide military base newspaper, Military Transition News, and had to meet the following criteria:

  • Serving or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces,
  • Under 40 years old,
  • Exemplary military performance as per their assignments and evaluations, and
  • Honorable discharge or anticipate an honorable discharge.

In honor of Veterans Day, the 2015 class will be profiled in the November/December issue of Military Transition News with Saladmaster as the presenting sponsor.

"Saladmaster is honored to sponsor the Top 40 Under 40 Military class, all of whom have sacrificed to serve our country," Ryan Reigle, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Saladmaster. "We look at all of our military recruits as our leaders of tomorrow and pledge to continue helping them serve their community as Saladmaster Dealers."

About Saladmaster's Military Recruitment Program

Saladmaster's military recruitment program was developed to cultivate new Dealers, which is especially helpful for program-oriented military personnel who are used to working in teams, leading and developing. Building a Saladmaster Dealership is an opportunity to start you own business and earn a substantial living, while providing you work-life balance.

"Saladmaster has provided so many benefits to me and my family," observes TC McNeil. "Time is a huge one because life is short. I mostly work in the evenings, which is great because I am able to be involved in raising my kids during the day; this is how I choose to run my business. My wife and kids help me, and I love that. It means so much to be able to be together and have a family business."
