Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 25 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes covered and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Fluff with a fork and remove bay leaf before serving.
Tips:
- For additional flavor substitute water with vegetable stock
