large mango, strung, use Cone #2
large tomatoes, diced (seeds removed, if desired)
jalapeño pepper, grated, use Cone #1
fresh lime juice, or to taste
fresh cilantro, minced
salt, or to taste
- Place shredded mango in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Let mixture stand for a few minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
- For Peach Salsa, substitute one large ripe peach for mango.
