Directions:
- Preheat Ultimate Culinaire over medium-high heat until several drops of water sprinkled in pan skitter and dissipate, approximately 3 - 5 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté. Leave lid slightly cracked to retain moisture between stirring, about 5 minutes.
- Add flour and cook for another minute.
- Add broth, tomatoes, tomato paste and tortellini and cover, cook for approximately 5 mins. When Vapo-Valve™ begins to click steadily, reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Add parmesan, spinach and heavy whipping cream, season with salt & pepper (optional)
- Garnish with basil right before serving.
